- Logbook entry from October 1993 (Tach 2903.4) documents major repairs completed by Beegles Aircraft Service in Greeley, CO. Repairs included replacement of belly skins from station 8.1 to 55.625, repair or replacement of bulkheads as required, reinstallation of the HSI and flight director after overhaul, installation of new carpet, replacement of horizontal stabilizer aft hold-down reinforcement plates, installation of a 0-time factory remanufactured engine, installation of a new McCauley propeller assembly, complete repaint and flight-control balance check. Aircraft was repaired and inspected in accordance with current FAA regulations and approved for return to service.
- Landing Accident / Factory-New Parts Repair – 2005
- Logbook entry from August 2005 (Tach 3932.9) documents a landing accident resulting in damage to the propeller, nose gear, lower cowl and forward belly area. Repairs were completed using factory-new Cessna parts, with supporting FAA Form 337 documentation. The aircraft was test run, leak checked and approved for return to service.
